Cablescan products are used in some of the world's most demanding environments. Quality and Operational safety form the business foundations. Cablescan's fully trained multi-skilled workforce manufactures interconnection products to customer specifications. Every product is manufactured under our Quality Management system which is accredited by UKAS to ISO9001:2000. Product quality is maintained through our internal training programme, each member of our production team must consistently meet the required standard before any approval stamp is issued. Internal deviations are closely monitored against each operator, identifying any retraining requirements. |

All products are 100% inspected and can be subject to a diverse range of tests from our automated test system to a maximum of 2500 volts. Where customer requirements require specific functionality tests to be carried out custom test tooling can be manufactured.

A Certificate of Conformity and test report is produced for each product. Internal procedures provide full traceability to each harness and related product structure.
