To ensure our reaction times, stock accuracy, operational efficiency and ability to provide our customers with ‘real time’ job reporting, Cablescan operate the Factory master ERP system. This system controls all aspects of the business through a number of touch screens and barcode readers in each department providing a complete overview and performance levels of each business KPI.

Cost Reduction

Information such as production efficiency, rework time and the value of any scrapped material is communicated weekly and displayed on a team board to drive suggestions and process improvement an ultimately reduce costs.
